2. Services, quotes, and scheduling

Information on this website is for general purposes and is not a binding offer.
We offer a Complete System Check-Up and standard service calls. The price and scope of your service are stated in your quote, which we confirm before you approve it.
Quotes are based on the information you give us and may change if site conditions differ from what was described. We will explain any change and get your approval before doing additional work.
Work is scheduled after you approve a quote. You may approve a quote electronically, and your electronic approval counts as your agreement to the quoted work and price.
Scheduled dates and arrival windows are estimates. Weather, parts availability, and site conditions may cause delays.
You agree to give safe and reasonable access to the property, including gates, controllers, water shutoffs, and any areas where work will be done.

3. Property and site conditions

You confirm you own the property or have authority to approve work on it.
Underground conditions such as unmarked lines, roots, rock, or pre-existing damage can affect irrigation work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for lines, utilities, or objects that were not disclosed or properly marked.
Where required, underground utility locates will be requested before digging, and work may be delayed until they are complete.
Irrigation systems are subject to local water restrictions and codes. You are responsible for running your system in compliance with them.

4. Payment

Payment terms are stated in your quote or invoice.
Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs as permitted by law.
We may pause or decline further service on accounts with past-due balances.

5. Warranty

Any warranty on labor or materials will be stated in your quote, invoice, or service agreement. Unless stated there, services are provided “as is.” Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, vandalism, third-party work, or acts of nature.

6. Text messaging program

Program: ELITE IRRIGATION & SPRINKLER LLC service and promotional text messages.

Message types: Service messages (quotes, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates) and, for customers who opt in, promotional messages (offers, seasonal reminders, and maintenance promotions). Messages may be sent using an automated system.
Opt-in: By giving us your mobile number and expressly agreeing to receive text messages from us, such as by checking the consent box on one of our forms, you consent to receive recurring promotional text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you do not have to agree to receive texts to buy goods or services from us.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan.
